Appeared Lo be close to resolution. <br />Hearing on March 16, 1988, continued. Attorney General <br />developed proposal and forwarded to Central West. Various <br />conversations and periods of no contact came and went. <br />Hearing on Show Cause Order set for June 29, 1988. <br />June 29, 1988 On the morning of the hearing, heard from Central West's <br />attorney that Central West would not be at the hearing. The <br />Commission revoked the permits of Central West. and forfeited <br />the associated bonds. <br />July 13, 1988 Central West received notification of revocation and <br />forfeiture. <br />The following FTA Cessation Orders (CO) have been issued to Central West. <br />Most were used as partial basis for revocation.
