Minor Revision No. 29 was submitted on February 4, 1988 and requested

Road E5. The revision was approved on March 16, 1988.
Minor Revision Ho. 30 was submitted on April 18, 1988 and requested permission
for Haul Road A and dragline erection pad construction. The revision was

Technical Revision No. 13 was submitted on February 17, 1988 and requested a
change in the water monitoring plan. The revision was approved on

portal in the future), the Wadge Scraper pit area, and the lower Wadge Haul
Road ramp. The revision was approved on March 10, 1989.
Minor Revision No. 33 approval was issued as a field minor revision to allow
reclamation delay around the solid waste disposal area (Auger Area ;, ). Tne
revision was approved with conditions on June 13, 1989.
Technical Revision tJo. 17 was submitted on April 18, 1989 and reouested
extension of the north Wadge Pit deadhead route, modification of the surface
water drainage control plan, and access roads to sediment ponds 004 and 008.
The revision was approved on November 9, 1989.
