-10- <br />c. Please specify the source of water in the Rhodes well (GW-6) and <br />discuss the extent of probable impacts from the mine to this well <br />per Rule 2.05.6(3)(b)(iv). <br />d. Please update the adjudication files (Tables 7-41 and 7-42) and the <br />water rights map (Exhibit 7-15) to reflect citation location and <br />the water court decisions which have occurred in the last eleven <br />years in adjacent areas to the mine per Rule 2.04.7(4)la). <br />e. Please document the use codes found on Table 7-42 of groundwater <br />rights. <br />f. Please list any well permits held by the Seneca II Mine per Rule <br />2.03.10. Include the permit for the shop well (GW-55) as well as <br />any permits held to cover dewatering of the Wadge and Wolf Creek <br />coal seams. <br />g. Please update Appendix 7-8 to reflect any water rights filed by <br />Peabody since 1979. Include, at a minimum, water right filings for <br />tJPDES Impoundments 004 and 008. Please clarify the adjudication <br />status of the Old Boneyard Pond, the pond below the Spoils Springs <br />on Springs Creek, and the Pecoco impoundment (Auger Area 8 Pond). <br />h. There are no monitoring well completion logs in Appendix 7-1 for <br />GW-S66WC, GW-S42P1, GW-S46 or GW-531-A2. Please indicate if these <br />are found in another part of the permit application or provide this <br />documentation. <br />i. Copies of the well completion information and lithological logs <br />should be in Appendix 7-1 of the Permit Application Package (PAP) <br />instead of in the Annual Hydrologic Report (AHR). This information <br />should be updated each year concurrent with submittal of the AHR. <br />j. Please update the discussion on aquifer physical cnaracteristics in <br />the Probable Hydrologic Consequences section. Consolidate the data <br />derived from pump test analyses to reflect the results of aquifer <br />testing which Peabody has performed in the last eight years. <br />Include the data submitted in the 1968 AHR, the information found <br />in Appendix 7-9, the results presented on pages 7-268 through <br />7-276, and the results of any other drilling you have performed or <br />of which you are aware (Rule 2.04.7 (1)(b)). <br />k. The pond formed by the last cut in Auger Area B (Pecoco Pond) still <br />exists and has not yet been permitted as a permanent structure. <br />Please either submit information in compliance with Rule 4.05.9 to <br />permit this pond as a permanent structure or submit plans and dates <br />to reclaim t'ne area in a timely fashion. <br />
