July 10, 2007
On July 10, 2007 at 8:20 am I (David Lorenz) was with my
supervisor Ted Pratt at the Silver Creek development looking
at a job to be done. On our way out of the development I noticed
a belly dump truck coming out of Ten Mile Road which leads to
the Silver Creek gravel pit. The truck was loaded and fumed in
front of the Inn at Silver Creek towazd Highway 40. Mr. Pratt and
I decided to see where He was headed and what He was carrying.
When He got to Highway 40 He fumed east towazd Winter Pazk.
We followed Him tol/2 mile north of Winter Pazk where He
fumed off the highway across from the Rendevous development.
He met with an individual in a loader and soon unloaded his
trailer which looked to be carrying processed gravel such as a
class C product. I took pictures with my cell phone as He
unloaded and was leaving. The time was now 8:45 am.
Later at 9:30 am I was at Mr. Pratt's residence in Granby,
when I noticed the same truck leaving the Silver Creek pit on
Ten Mile Road.
This is the second time I have witnessed trucks coming out
of this location.
Please call me on my cell phone if you have any questions.
Dad Lore
1-970-531-0969
