Salt Creek Mining Company has been informed that actions relevant
to the proposed amendment to the McClane Canyon Coal Mine will
• have an effect on the populations of the three endangered species

Salt Creek will commit to submitting an additional "contribution"
of $40.25 prior to commencing the proposed operations. At this
time the mine is not producing coal but as operations commence in
the eastern area of the mine the "contribution" will be submitted.
