Aggregate Industries must affirmatively state that baseline water leve/shave <br />been established for all wells within 600 jeer of the proposed affected land <br />Baseline levels for all wells within 600 feet cannot be confirmed without <br />permission from well owners to measure water levels on a quarterly basis. <br />Aggregate Industries has installed monitoring wells within the site and taken <br />monthly readings to establish baseline water levels at the site one year prior to <br />mining. Please also refer to item 3 above. <br />Aggregate Industries must agree to mitigate any significant negative impacts, <br />caused by dewatering operations, to the water supply for wells of owners within <br />600 feet of the proposed affected land <br />Please refer to our response to item 3 above. <br />Exhibit L -Reclamation Casts <br />Exhibit L wi-l be reviewed after Aggregate Industries or its representative responds <br />to this adequacy review. <br />Noted. <br />As required by the DMG regulations, a copy of this info[mation will be submitted to the <br />Adams County Clerk and Recorder on this date.
