This inforamtion was <br />included in Technical Revision No. 64. <br />STATUS: Complied with February 2, 1993. <br />Stipulation No. 46 <br />AN UPDATED SPCC PLAN SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO INCLUDE IN PERMIT UPON <br />APPROVAL FROM THE COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH. <br />This stipulation was added to the 1991(92) renewal. The updated SPCC plan was <br />submitted with Minor Revision No. 88. <br />STATUS: Complied with April 26, 1993. <br />Stipulation No. 47 <br />SUBMIT REVISED MAPS AND PAGES FOR MINOR REVISION N0. 87. <br />This information, regarding the repair plan and stability analysis for slide <br />below the screening facility, was submitted with Minor Revision No. 91. <br />STATUS: Complied with June 21, 1993. <br />Stipulation No. 48 <br />SUBMIT REVISED SECTION 2.05 IN THE PERMIT DOCUMENT UPON APPROVAL OF <br />TECHNICAL REVISION N0. 64. <br />This stipulation was added to the approval of Minor Revision No. 94. This <br />revised section was submitted during the review of Technical Revision No. 64. <br />The stipulation was required because MCC had been making page changes based on <br />other revisions not yet approved, so the wording on the permit pages did not <br />match up. <br />STATUS: Complied with September 7, 1993. <br />Stipulation No. 49 <br />MOUNTAIN COAL COMPANY MUST ADDRESS THE DIVISION'S ASSERTION THAT A <br />TOPSOIL DEFICIT FOR FINAL RECLAMATION EXISTS. IF THERE IS A DEFICIT, MCC <br />MUST PROVIDE A DETAILED PLAN WHICH SPECIFIES HOW THE DEFICIT WILL BE <br />ACCOMMODATED. IF SUBSOIL IS DESIGNATED AS A SUITABLE GROWTH MEDIUM, THEN <br />THE PERMIT SHOULD BE REVISED TO SPECIFY HOW MUCH SUBSOIL WILL BE <br />UTILIZED, WHERE IT WILL BE STORED, AND HOW IT WILL BE PROTECTED. A <br />REVISION ADDRESSING THE ABOVE SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO THE DIVISION ON OR <br />BEFORE OCTOBER 29, 1993. <br />This stipulation was added to the approval of Technical Revision No. 64.
