Purchasers to offer to present tenant the first right to continue to <br />• <br />lease the premises until mining operations by the Purchasers. <br />2. Sellers shall have the right to all farm income for the year 1981 and <br />• shall be responsible for the real estate tares and eater asseesmenta for the <br />calendar year 1981. <br />3. the Purchasers shall be eptitled to vote the ten shares of Fulton . <br />• Irrigating Ditch Company stock and shall be responsible for 1982 ditch aeaea- <br />Heats. <br />4. In the event the Purchasers fail to make the option payment due Feb- <br />~ ruary 1. 1981, or close February 1, 1982, all option monies paid tip the Sellers <br />shall be retained by the Sellers sad this agreement shall terminate and become <br />unenforceable. <br />~ 5. Upon payment of the $2.000.00 earnest money due at the time of the <br />ezecution of this agreement, Sellers grant Purchasers the right to enter the <br />property for testing and measuring the soil. All teat holes will be filled <br />~ after completion. <br />6.
