Whether back fill of overburden into extracted <br />areas might be compacted to requirements assuring <br />that the top layer will have adequate permeability <br />to allow revdgetation in natural grasses. <br />7. Whether the City might be assured that during mining <br />operations, adequate control of drainage over exist- <br />ing contours could be maintained. <br />8. Whether the maximum amount of acreage that could <br />be disturbed at any one time before reclamation <br />occurs might be reasonably limited by agreement. <br />9. Whether the City might obtain a performance bond <br />to assure the completion of reclamation if lease- <br />holders change, or the operation is discontinued for <br />a significant amount of time. <br />10.
