The State was negligent by <br />not investigation this problem in 1992 when the subsidence <br />issue was made of record in writing. <br />A home, which has stood the test of time for 60 plus <br />years without any structural problems, suddenly begins <br />having problems. These problems commence within several <br />months of underground mining. The mine and the state are <br />placed on notice. The complainant is either lied to or <br />ignored and here we are. We relied on the mine to perform <br />as they represented they would. We relied on t}1e Stete''to <br />protect our rights.
