CDRMS/CDMG Timeline for Permit Renewal RN-OS <br />Februazy 23, 2007 <br />January 19, 2006 -MCC submits request for Permit Renewal (RN-OS) to the CDMG. <br />January 26, 2006 -CDMG deems the application complete. <br />February 1, 2006 -MCC publishes Public Notice in the Delta County Independent. <br />June 23, 2006 -CDMG Extends the decision deadline and notifies MCC that the timely <br />filing of the application secured the Right of Successive Renewal under 2.08.5. <br />Mazch 2006 through January 2007 -Numerous Requests filed for Extensions from MCC <br />to CDMG and CDRMS and Extensions Granted by CDMG/CDRMS for CDRMS to <br />complete the Findings Documents and Reclamation Cost Estimates. <br />January 19, 2007 -MCC contacts ACI Corporate regarding MCC Bond Sheets in <br />anticipation of having to increase the reclamation bond with a bond rider to <br />$14,000,000.00. ACI Corporate can't begin bond costing until the reclamation bond cost <br />estimate is completed and submitted to ACI Corporate, however, bond shopping <br />commences. <br />January 23, 2007 - CDRMS Submits to MCC the proposed Reclamation Cost Estimate. <br />January 25, 2007 -MCC sends a letter to the CDRMS formally informing the Division <br />that MCC will not request an informal conference to discuss CDRMS revised reclamation <br />cost estimate of $] 3,546,] 76. CDRMS was notified that MCC would be requesting a <br />bond increase from St. Louis as a result of the Division's increase in bond estimate. <br />February 7, 2007 -MCC submits MR-337 to Install Fan at Shaft No. 3, to CDRMS for <br />review and approval. <br />February 16, 2007 - CDRMS gives MCC reasonable assurance that Minor Revision 337 <br />will be approved and that RN-OS should be published on February 21, 2007. <br />Februazy 16, 2007 -MCC gives Contractor Notice to Proceed with site preparation for <br />MR-337. <br />February 17, through February 18, 2007 - MCC's Contractor prepares site at Shaft No. 3 <br />for forms to be set for pillow/motor/beazing blocks. <br />February 19, 2007 - MCC's Contractor begins formwork for MR-337. <br />
