February 20, 2007 - MCC's Contractor completes form work for MR-337. <br />February 20, 2007 -Henry Barbe sends the request fora 2MM bond increase to ACI <br />Corporate with the CDRMS prepared reclamation bond cost estimate. <br />February 21, 2007 - MCC's Contractor begins pouring concrete for MR-337. <br />February 21, 2007 -MCC receives the Notice of Proposed Decision for RN-OS and the <br />Findings Documents from CDRMS. <br />Februazy 21, 2007 - CDRMS published the Notice of Proposed Decision in the De]ta <br />County Independent. <br />February 21, 2007 - CDRMS conducts inspection of MCCs facilities. <br />February 22, 2007 -MCC notified of potential NOV for inadequate bond in-place prior <br />to work stazting on MR-337. MCC also notified that MR-337 was approved Februazy 20, <br />2007. <br />February 23, 2007 -ACI Corporate to receive reclamation bond from bonding company. <br />Incumbency and Secretary Certificates to be signed by Officers of the Company and <br />Legal Staff. Hard-copy will be sent 2oa Day Air due to CDRMS being closed on the <br />weekend. CDRMS should receive an a-mail indicating the completed executed bond <br />certificate with the Incumbency Certificate. Legal staff is out today so certificates from <br />the Secretary and Assistant Secretary will be signed Monday the 26th. <br />
