<br /> <br />Mr. Ron Thompson <br />November 6, 1992 <br />Page 2 <br />It is a policy of Las Animas County to encourage land use <br />patterns that, so far as possible, maximize economic return, <br />promote human health, safety and welfare, protect the <br />environment and provide visual satisfaction_ <br />If you cannot submit to my office documentation showing that <br />you are exempt from local zoning laws and building permit <br />requirements, then I must order the following: <br />1) A Special Use Permit must be obtained. <br />2) You must apply for a building permit. <br />Enclosed is a Special Use Permit. This must be returned to <br />this office no later than November 20, 1992 with all the <br />proper documentation. A building permit must be obtained <br />immediately. <br />I also must have proper documentation proving to my <br />satisfaction that this fan blowing whatever gas or fumes out <br />into the atmosphere is safe to human health. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael A.
