'~ <br />Mr. William Bosworth -3- June 21, 1983 <br />Stipulation No. 14: This stipulation concerns an annual revegetation <br />monitoring proyram. The monitoring program proposed by Salt Creek is <br />acceptable to the Division. Upon completion of revision of the permit <br />application, the Division will consider this stipulation satisfied. <br />St' ulation No. 15: This stipulation concerns an aerial raptor survey <br />t en July 1 and July 15 in both 1983 and 1984. Reports on this survey <br />are d !! on August 15, 1983 and August 15, 1984. <br />S ip lation No. 16: This stipulation concerns energy dissipation in <br />Mu er Creek. A satisfactory response has been received, therefore, the <br />D' is' n considers this stipulation resolved. <br />tipulation No. 17: This is an ongoing stipulation concerning erecting <br />'DANGER" signs along the haul road. This stipulation will remain in <br />effect until the upgraded haul road is completed. <br />Stipulation No. 18: This is an ongoing stipulation concerning haul road <br />drainage culvert spaciny. This stipulation must be resolved prior to <br />construction of the haul road. <br />Stipulation No. 19: This stipulation concerns the reclamation bond. A <br />bond in the amount of $301,000.00 has been received, therefore, this <br />stipulation is resolved. <br />In summary, stipulations 1, 3, 5, 7, 17, and 18 are ongoing with no <br />specific completion date; stipulations 9, 10, 14, 16, and 19 have been <br />satisfied; additional information and/or revision of the permit <br />application is needed to resolve stipulations 4, 6, 11, 12, and 13; <br />stipulation 2 is due July 12, 1983; stipulation 8 is due January 12, 1984 <br />and; stipulation 15 is due on August 15, 1983 and August 15, 1984. <br />Please review the status of each stipulation.
