wastewater and stonnwater permits aze attached. The ponds currently on site aze <br />not lined. The sediment detention basins are intentionally allowed to percolate <br />into the ground. When the concrete batch plant is included on site a separate <br />concrete washout facility will be constructed. <br />9. The hours of operation for the Pine Ridge Pit aze 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. <br />10. The number of employees on sight range from one to three. <br />11. The signage on site complies with the Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety. No additional signs aze requested for the current operations. <br />Development Schedule and phasing <br />The Pine Ridge site map is attached as well as the site plan. No additional roads aze <br />proposed for the site. The wash plant will commence operations for the summer of 2007. <br />No schedule is proposed for the concrete or asphalt operations. Concrete and asphalt <br />operations will commence at a future date. The Pine Ridge Pit is permitted with the <br />Colorado Department of Health concerning Water and Air Quality Control. The current <br />soils conservation soils report is attached for review. I have also included the flood plain <br />map for your review. The Pine Ridge Pit is not in the vicinity of a flood hazard area <br />Current traffic counts for the Pine Ridge Pit range from 10-20 daily average trucks <br />Maximun potential of trucks leaving the site 100 when serving CDOT projects in the <br />surrounding azea.
