Stipulation #12 <br />No later than 90 days prior to the scheduled commencement of operations on the second bonding <br />increment (shown map 48) Kerr must submit detailed worst case reclamation cost estimates to <br />the Division for review. Any required additional bond amount must be submitted and approved <br />prior to the commencement of operations on that increment. A similaz procedure shall be <br />followed for any subsequent increments. This stipulation was replaced by #15 of the 1986 permit <br />renewal. <br />Status: Terminated 9-9-1991 <br />Stipulation #13 <br />Kerr Coal is required to construct all ditches using the design grades rather than the grades shown <br />on map 16. If this requires relocating any ditches from the locations shown on the map, then a <br />revised map 16A must be submitted at that time. <br />Status: Terminated 5-14-1996 <br />Stipulation #14 <br />Ken Coal is directed to submit to this Division on a regulaz basis, data from the aerial volumetric <br />surveying program described on page 816-124 of the original application to determine whether <br />future operational experience is consistent with the projected swell factor of 24%. <br />Status: Terminated 4-9-1990 <br />Stipulation #15.
