The responses to stipulations 2, 6, 7, 16, 18, <br />19 and 22 are adequate. Additional information is required for stipulations <br />4, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 23. The Division will send Empire a separate letter <br />discussing the response to stipulation 5, the Annual Hydrology Report. A <br />response to stipulation 21 is not due until October 13, 1984. There is no <br />stipulaton No. 20.
