<br /> <br />to adequately perform it's reclamation responsibilities and <br />further expenses are incurred by Sellers to complete the <br />reclamation, Buyers hereby agrees to reimburse Sellers for such <br />work performed within forty-five (45) days. <br />`_..2. Default. If Buyers shall fail to perform its <br />obligeitions under this agreement, and in particular shall fail <br />to make any payment due to Sellers, hereunder, Sellers may <br />declare Buyers in default by giving Buyers thirty (30) days <br />written notice of default any failure of performance of such <br />obligzitions under this agreement. If Buyers fail to remedy <br />or correct the default within the time specified, Sellers may <br />terminate this agreement and Buyers shall peaceably surrender <br />posse:;sion of the premises to Sellers. Notice of termination <br />shall be in writing and served in accordance with this agreement. <br />SECTION SIX <br />Notice and Payment <br />Ei.1. Notices. All notices to Buyers or Sellers shall <br />be in writing and shall be sent certified or registered mail, <br />return receipt requested, to the appropriate addresses below. <br />Notice of any change in address shall be given in the same - <br />manner. <br />Sellers: Harry D.
