Ot Nf.., <br />The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) has <br />received the enclosed list of technical revisions, minor revisions and <br />new pages for the Trapper Mining Company Trapper Mine. One copy of each <br />revision was received. Under the approved Colorado State program and the <br />cooperative agreement, OSMRE needs to be provided with 6 copies of each <br />and every revision to the permit to ensure that all agencies with copies <br />of the permit document have complete and accurate documents. Please have <br />the applicant supply 5 more copies of each submittal. <br />Also enclosed is a Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division (NERD) <br />correspondence dated October 2, 19$5. Under section 1., entitled <br />"Revisions Approved", there are eight revisions listed.
