(Page 12 of <br />tine report} <br />(3) Review by State Engineer. <br />Prior to hearing, the site development plan will be reviewed with the Division <br />Engineer as provided in Senate Bill No. 81. <br />(4) Preparation of reclamation plan by qualified hydraulic engineer. <br />The reclamation plan and the entire site development plan have been prepared <br />with~the advice and assistance of Charles C. Fisk, Consulting Engineer and <br />hydrologist. <br />(5~ Comments b.y the James Ditch Company. <br />western Paving Construction Co. will contact the James Ditch Company. However, <br />because of the expense involved in determining the various persons afi~iliated <br />with the ditch, the officials of the James Ditch and not all participants will <br />be contacted. <br />(6) Confirmation from the Railroad Companies. <br />The attached copy of a letter from the Division Engineer of the Chicago, <br />Burlington, and Quincy Railroad Company, I believe, satisfies this requirement. <br />(7) Areas which may have a potential beach front use. <br />The exhibits to the engineering report define the beach areas. It may be <br />stated generally that the reclamation plan calls for the construction ~~f sandy <br />beacP::.~ ;:ith age;tle angle of repose. The glVuiids will ~~ 'andscaped to <br />retain harmony with the character of the surrounding neighborhood. (P,~ge 12 <br />of the Report) <br />(8) Ownership of the Property after reclamation. <br />Western Paving Construction Company now plans to continue ownership of the <br />property after the completion of the reclamation plan. It should be nc•ted <br />that Western Paving owns an additional 94 acres contiguous to the property <br />which is the subject of the special use permit request.
