OF MINERALS <br />8 GEOLOGY <br />Re: PUEBLO COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Special Use Permit No. 98-06, for Extraction and Processing of Sand and Gravel in an A-1 <br />Zone District <br />Dear Mr. Kirkland: <br />Please be advised the Pueblo County Planning Commission, at its meeting held on February 24, <br />1998, acknowledged vvithdra~val of the hot-mix plant and concrete batch plant, and voted to <br />approve Special Use Permit No. 98-06 permitting the extraction and processing of sand and <br />gravel as well as a wash plant. This permit vas approved with the following conditions and <br />notation: <br />Conditions: <br />The Special Use Permit shall be for sand, gravel, and borrow material extraction, as well <br />as crushing, screening, and washing only within the proposed 418± acre boundary. <br />2.
