Bob <br />Diederich on `tay 5th and %[h concerning a minor revision to our currant mining <br />permit 76-I1C/A for disposal of Coal stockpile base material. <br />The material will be from Northern Coal's Loadout taciLity located in <br />Craig, Colorado. It is estimated Chat 3,000 bank cubic yards of coal stockpile <br />base material will be disposed of aC Trapper `fine. This material is about 50%: <br />coal and 50% dirt. The proposed disposal site will be the southern, upgradien[ <br />end of Co 1[ Pi[. Co 1[ Pit is presently inactive. The exact[ location of Che <br />proposed disposal site is shown on [he enclosed map. . <br />As indicated on the enclosed map, the waste material will he separated Eton <br />[he down gradient portion of Colt Pi[ by unspoiled overburden.
