As you know, Utah <br />International Inc. is negotiating to sell the Trapper Mine. Representatives of <br />the buyers and I would like to meet with the Division to discuss: <br />1) The compliance record for Trapper Mine; <br />2) The process required for transferring ownership of Trapper's <br />mining and reclamation permit; and, <br />3) The status of Trapper's permi[ application. <br />As I mentioned to Dave, Floyd Johnson from OSM will also attend the meet- <br />ing. Floyd may bring Dick Dawes and Mel Schilling with him. There will be five <br />or six in the group I will be with.
