There are 7 metal ore bins which can be crushed and pushed down the vent shaft prior to placement of the concrete floor slab. The cost estimate is 4 hours at 5100/bour, or S~I00. Backfill portal -Cotter agrees with the Division's estimate of 5389. There is an additional portal at Mineral Toe 2, this will require an additional S389 for closure, totaling 5778. Ventholelshaft closure -The DMG cost estimate to bacl~ll the venthole is 5389, Cotter agrees with this cost. DMG's cost estimate is S1,326 for a prefab concrete panel Cotter proposes using a portion of the compressor building floor or a portion of the shop floor at Mineral Joe 12, as mentioned in task #i. Equipment wst: Front end loader 57011rour for 4 hours and dozer cost of 5100/hour for 4 hours. For a total cost of 5680. 6" I beams for the vent hole closure. DMG estimates 5600 or S50 per foot. Local supplier wst is S4.OOJft x 30 ft. or S120. DMG's cost estimate is 51,978 to move 5,9601cy of material using a Cat 320 excavator. Cotter suggests using a D-8 dozer at 5100 per hour, with an adjusted production rate of 458 ley per how, this should take 13 hours; for a tota3 cost of 51,301. The Mineral Joe 2 waste rock stockpile will need contouring. Using a D-8 dozer with an adjusted production of 458 ley/hour for 3,100 Icy of material results in an estimated cost of S7C~Q. The cost for the slope reduction highwalls at loadout titcility is covered under task #1. T*sk #5 - Grade S acres to blend in with the Natural Terrain DMG cost estimate is 52,162 to grade this 5 acres. Cotter agrees with this cost.
