lagoon at the Fish Creek Tipple (see page 2.05-75}.

Item 20. Rule 2.05.4. Current practice is to file cost estimates prepazed by TCC at Appendix A
for revision applications. However, reclamation costs approved are those reconciled with the
Division. Please revise this section to indicate that reconciled reclamation cost estimates are
collated with the initial application estimates until all of the individual revision applications
are periodically replaced with a complete, reconciled, reclamation cost estimate. Please
submit the reconciled cost estimate of this midterm review in an appropriate revision (this
estimate would replace all TCC and Division reconciled individual revision application
reclamation cost estimates up to the date of this midtetm review).
Item 21. Edit. Please change "divisions" to read "diversions" at line 19 on page 2.05-99.
Item 22. Rule 2.05.4. Please include a description of the reclamation of the Mine Water
Recycling System (see pages 2.05-65.3 and 2.05-106.1).
Item 23. Rule 2.05.4.(2)(e)(iii). Please add a description of the planting and seeding methods
to be used. A reference is made (see page 2.05-112) to them, but no descriptions were located.
Item 24. Rule 2.05.6(3). Please update the discussion of activities in stream buffer zones
(page 2.05-129, lines 10 and 1'1'); including the references therein. No discussion on buffer
zones was found at the referenced 2.05.6(3)(b)(v) of line 11.
Item 25. Rule 2.05.6(3)(b)(iv). No identification of points of compliance were found in the PAP.
