DECISION TO REQUIRE REVISION <br />Based on this review at the mid-term of the permit period, the Division finds <br />that certain revisions and modifications are needed to insure future <br />compliance with the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act and <br />Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining. The <br />section which follows provides a review of mine status and details the <br />revisions required, justification for requiring the revisions and timetable <br />for submitting the revisions. The response from Salt Creek Mining Company <br />should follow the procedures defined for a technical revision to the permit <br />and should be submitted within 60 days of receipt of this mid-term report. <br />Revisions Required at Mid-Term <br />Based on the review of the Munger Canyon Mine permit presented above, the <br />Division finds that the following revisions are required at the mid-term of <br />the permit period: <br />1. The recent change of address of the Salt Creek Mining Company local <br />office needs to be updated on the permit application section of Vol. VI. <br />Additionally, the parent corporation identification as referred to in Appendix <br />Fs should be specified to follow the form of the permit application.
