Debtors and their counsel have analyzed <br />reclamation, workmens' compensation, and black lung claims and <br />are in the process of preparing pleadings directed toward <br />resolving such claims. Debtors and their counsel have also <br />commenced the process of analyzing various other claims in these <br />cases. <br />h. Debtors and their counsel have commenced the <br />process of formulating a joint plan and disclosure statement for <br />Debtors. <br />14. As set forth above and in the memorandum of law in <br />support of this Motion filed concurrently with this Motion, cause <br />exists for an extension of the Exclusive Filing and Acceptance <br />Periods. <br />it <br />
