L <br />(13) Motions (two motions) for Extension of Time <br />Concerning Lease Agreement Dated as of August 1, 1972 by end <br />Between the City of Pueblo, Colorado, and CF&I Steel Corporation. <br />b. Debtors have filed the following motions and <br />applications which are currently pending before the Court:. <br />(1} Motion for Order Approving Resolution of <br />Warranty and Related Claims. <br />(2) Motion for Order Approving Assumption of <br />Certain Executory Contracts. <br />(3) Motion for Order Approving Assumption of <br />Certain Executory Contracts Pertaining to Employee Health, <br />Dental, Prescription and Life Insurance Benefits and Approving <br />Notice. <br />(4) Motion for Order Approving Assumption of a <br />Nonresidential Real Property Lease with Lawrence Construction Co. <br />(5) Motion for Entry of Case Management Order. <br />c. Debtors and their counsel have conferred with <br />and provided information to numerous parties in interest in these <br />cases, including the Official Creditors Committee, concerning <br />matters of mutual concern. Lines of communication have been <br />established with various constituencies in these cases, including <br />the Official Creditors' Committee, the PBGC, the USWA, counsel <br />for certain retirees, the trustee of the Colorado & Wyoming <br />Railway Company and his counsel, and various creditors ar~d <br />contract parties in these cases. Debtors have stipulated with <br />various parties in interest on matters such as assumption of <br />contracts and objections to motions and otherwise have undertaken <br />10 <br />
