RESUMES <br />DONALD W. WEDDELL <br />Don Weddell, President of Miners Inc., has over forty three years of experience in the mining and <br />heavy construction industries. He is an honor graduate of the Provincial Institute of Mining in <br />Canada and is along-standing member of the Society of Mining Engineers. Prior to forming <br />Miners Inc., he was vice president of mining for a large, international mining contractor. In this <br />capacity, he directed and was responsible for the bidding, organization, mobilization and <br />subsequent execution and completion of mining contracts throughout the United States and <br />overseas. Additional experience in the mining industry includes the position of project manager <br />for a large, underground uranitun mining contract, owner and principal of a contracting business, <br />regional manager for a mining equipment manufacturer, general manager for an explosives <br />distributor and technical representative for an explosives manufacturer. Prior to these positions,' he <br />was mine captain of a trackless uranium mine, served as a mine engineer, foreman and shift boss at <br />both a track and trackless base metal mine, and as an engineer, geologist and foreman of an <br />underground gold mine. Avery pertinent nartof Mr. Weddell's experience is twelve yeazs as <br />technical service representative for C.LL. (I_C.L) an intemational explosives manufacturer. During <br />this penod-he-assisted wiih and/or supervised a variety of blasting projects including the falling of <br />several reinforced concrete smoke stacks ranging in size from small to very large, all of which were <br />in very congested areas.- --- - - - - - ---- - -- <br />FRED HURLEY <br />Twenty three years experience in underground operations including shaft sinking, ore pockets, <br />grouting, dmvtg raises, drifts, inclines, declines and rehabilitation projects. Experienced in aU <br />types of ground control, ground support and drilling/blasting procedures. Fifteen of the above <br />years of experience has been in a supervisory capacity with the past two years as Project <br />Manager/Superintendent for Miners Inc. <br />DON TODD <br />Eighteen years experience in various mining projects, all involving drill and blast excavation <br />methods. Seven of the above years of experience has been in the capacity of Project <br />Manager/Superintendent. Currently holding the position of Project Manager, Miners Inc. <br />
