A 50 foot-wide permanent easement would occupy approximately 267 <br />acres. <br />Most of the northern part of the project pipeline corridor is located on BI.M lands. <br />Some private property would be crossed at the second Piceance Creek crossing and <br />in Stewart Gulch. The southern one-third of the project pipeline corridor is located <br />on private property. Right-of--way agreements for the pipeline corridor will be <br />negotiated with the various landowners. <br />any aboveground facilities: Three valves will be placed on each pipeline at roughly <br />equal intervals along the pipeline route. These valves will be buried below ground <br />in 6 foot com~gated conduit pipes and zui[l be accessible through a locked box at <br />ground level. There may also be a "pig trap" launcher/receiver site located at the <br />top of Davis Point.
