This
report is submitted in fulfillment of requirements contained in
Permit No. C-80-001, Section 4.3. The survey was conducted in
October of 1992 except for measurements on the concentrated flow
feature in the South of Shop Area referenced in the 1992 report.
The task of measuring this feature was put off to the spring of
this year because of early snows at the mine last fall.
Some confusion on my part existed as to the due date on this
report. Last year we requested and were granted and extension for
the due date on the report from the end of April to the end of May.
I assumed that the end of May was the due date until I checked the
permit document recently.
In your reply to last year's report you had mentioned some concern
about the bonded area in the South of Shop Area at the mine.
Please reference T.R. #15 of the Edna Mine permit for the areas
still held under bond in this area. This technical revision was
submitted as part of the South of Shop Reclamation Plan that was an
agreement between P&M and the State as final mitigation for the
South of Shop Area.
Should you have any questions regarding this material please
contact me at the Edna Mine site.
Sincerely,
~~^ ~~
David L.
