Appendix E includes the on-site data for <br />wind and operations response. Loading and hauling has ceased at the Dowe Flats quarry <br /> when the wind has sustained speeds of over 30 MPH. <br /> 7. County Road 47 Relocated: completed. <br /> 8. County Road 49 Vacated: This condition was changed to address a Boulder County <br /> Department of Transportation request to maintain the existing bridge over St. Vrain Creek. <br /> This condition was modified at the time of the yeaz-five review. <br /> 9. Power Line Relocation: No power line relocation has taken place due to mining operations. <br /> No power lines are found within the future mine pit area. <br />' 10. Back-up Beepers: The federal Mine Safety and Health Administration standards have not <br /> changed, and back-up beepers continue to be required. Back up strobe lights aze allowed by <br /> MSHA at night, but Dowe Flats does not operate at night. <br />11. Perimeter of Mine Monumented: The east and south mining boundary is County Road 47. <br />The west boundary has been monumented with a series of cement benchmazks and 14" <br />diameter posts, and are visible on the enclosed aerial photograph. The mine is still more <br />than 0.5 mile south of the north boundary. GPS coordinates for the benchmarks have been <br />taken and are being submitted to the county. <br />12. Permits: The CMLRB permit was amended to incorporate the Prairie Reclamation Plan <br />required by Boulder County staff. Additional permits were obtained during mine start up <br />operations during the first three years after Special Use Perini[ approval. <br />13. Development Agreement: duly executed. <br />14. Management Plans: original Management and Monitoring Plans were submitted to Pazks <br />and Open Space Department on September 12, 1994. An update to these plans is submitted <br />in Appendix A. <br />15. Maximum Time Period of Mining-Related Activity: This is the yeaz-ten Interim Review <br />within the permitted mining period. <br />16. Operations Center: the mine operations center was approved by means of a Site Plan. <br />
