<br />Permit Revision #4 increases the the permit acreage by approximately 3965 acres by adding land
<br />in Township 12 South, R 90 West (already incorporated into the legal description above.) With
<br />this revision, the total permitted surface acreage becomes 13, 181, of which 7629 are federal
<br />and 5,552 are private. Note that this approval involves development mining only. No mining in
<br />the Elk Creek lease tract has been approved.
<br />The mine site is located north of the town of Somerset, Colorado. The North Fork of the
<br />Gunnison River is located south of the town of Somerset. The mine permit areas are located on
<br />the U.S. Geological Survey 7.5 minute Bowie and Somerset Quadrangle maps.
