XX. Sealing of Drill Holes and Underground Ooeninas - <br />The appropriate information satisfying these requirements appears in <br />Sections 2.1 and 3.7 of the application (Volume I). The applicant has <br />committed to conform with all the applicable regulations regarding the <br />sealing and management of borings. <br />The portal sealing methods are also consistent with the appropriate Rules <br />and Regulations. <br />XXI. Subsidence - Rules 2.05.6(6) and 4.20 <br />Subsidence information is included in Section 2.1.9 of the application. <br />Information provided in the application indicated the absence of <br />renewable resource lands or structures in the permit and adjacent areas <br />which would be adversely affected by subsidence over the mine workings. <br />Since renewable resource lands or structures will not be adversely <br />affected by subsidence no subsidence monitoring is necessary. <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XXII. Miscellaneous Compliance -Rules 2.05.6(5), 4.02, 4.12, 4.19, <br />n ~ ~o ~., z <br />The load-out/tipple facility for the proposed operation is not located at <br />the mine site. This facility is shared with and has been permitted in <br />conjunction with another mining operation, the Munger Canyon Mine which <br />is also owned by Salt Creek Mining Company. <br />The proposed operation is in compliance with the requirements of this <br />section. <br />XXIII. 0 eration on Lands Subject to Limitations or Prohibitions-Rules <br />an 2. 0 <br />The proposed operation is in compliance with the requirements of this <br />section and Rule 2.07.6(2)(d) for the following reasons: <br />1.
