Sundr^ Freebureer ~cas appointed b~~ the Court to administer these estates and to <br />rc~ ic~~ and object to claims (herein the "Responsible Officer'"). <br />The Responsible Officer has completed her revie~c of claims and has disposed of most of <br />the substantive objections via settlement. Two partial distributions totaling ]4.74% have been <br />made to creditors with allowed claims. However, there are various housekeeping claims which <br />need to be disposed of prior to making the final distribution in this estate. <br />Pursuant to FBRP 3007, any claimant whose claim is the subject of an objection has <br />thirty (30) days to file and serve any written response to the objection. If no written objection, <br />with supporting documentation to evidence the validity of the claim is submitted to the <br />Responsible Officer within 30 days of the date of this objection, then the Responsible Officer <br />will tender an order to the Court to disallow the claim. <br />CLAIMS WHICH HAVE BEEN PAID BY OR ARE THE RESPONSLBILTTY OF AEP. <br />Under the provisions of that plan, AEP, or its designee, was given the option of assuming <br />any executory contracts or leases which were held by the Debtors at confirmation or were not the <br />subject of pending motions to reject those contracts. See, Article VI § 6.1(a) of the Plan. AEP <br />had until October 30, 2001 (the "Closing Date" under the Plan) to determine which contracts or <br />leases it wished to assume and ninety days thereafter to cure any anearage which existed under <br />those leases or contracts. See, Article VI §§ 6.1(b) and (c). <br />Pursuant to the Plan, AEP assumed leases between the Debtors and the following claim <br />holders. AEP has supplied the Responsible Officer with information regarding it assumption of <br />certain leases of the following creditors.
