<br />FIRST OMNIBUS OBJECTION TO CLAIMS
<br />Comes now Sandra D. Freeburger, the Responsible Officer under the terms of the
<br />confirmed plan, and objects to the following claims of creditors/claimants as follows:
<br />Background
<br />On June 16, 2000, Quaker Coal Company, Inc. and its subsidiaries', filed for Chapter 11
<br />relief. On October 19, 2001, the Plan of Reorganization of American Electric Power Company,
<br />Ina ("AEP") and its Subsidiaries, Kentucky Power Company and Columbus Southern Power
<br />Company, (the "Plan") was confirmed by this Court. Under the terms of the plan, the estates of
<br />Quaker Coal Company, Inc. and the Subsidiaries were consolidated both administratively and
