To provide quarterly reports to regulatory authorities <br />as required by Rule 4.05.9(8) of the Colorado Regulatory <br />Program; <br />e. To notify the regulatory authorities within five days <br />after analytical results of surface water samples indi- <br />cate that noncompliance with permit condition or appli- <br />cable standard has occured, as required by Rule 4.05.13 <br />(2)(a)(ii) of the Colorado Regulatory Program; <br />f. To revegatate the alluvial well field access road top- <br />soil stockpile as soon as practicable and maintenance <br />of a collector ditch and berm at the base of the piles <br />to trap sediment until this revegetation is accomplished; <br />and <br />g. To comply with temporary cessation regulations (rule <br />4.30.1). <br />Stipulation 22 <br />a. Specifications and calculations showing that ditches <br />along the improved section of County Road 65 and <br />minor access roads have been designed to withstand <br />the 10-year 24-hour storm are included as Illustration <br />27. Two copies of this illustration are enclosed. <br />Illustration 27 should be placed behind Illustration <br />26 in the permit application. One copy of this illus- <br />tration is being forwarded to Rio Blanco County to <br />place in their copy of the permit application. <br />c. Calculations showing that drainage will be properly <br />controlled at Station 7+43 are included as Illustration <br />28. Two copies of this illustration are enclosed. <br />Illustration 28 should be placed behind Illustration <br />27 in the permit application.
