Yes, the entry you mention in your e-
mail below sounds like the one in the photos. I appreciate IMP agreeing to visit the entry some time in the future
to see if the repairs should be addressed via IMP maintenance. We'll wait to hear from you guys before we talk to
OSM about Civil Penalty Reclamation money.
From: Renner, Steven
Sent: Thursday, November Ol, 2007 8:02 AM
To: Berry, David; Hernandez, Daniel
Subject: RE: Sunlight Mine Lower Fan Portal Supoorts Collapsing
Where is this entry located in relation to the county road and an abandoned dirt track (located at the south side of
the county road) that angles down the fill slope toward 4 mile creek?
I built a bulkhead on an old entry near creek elevation in the late '90's ('97 or so?) but I thought it was with AML
funds, versus bond?? Need to look up.
The one I did was accessed by walking down the abandoned dirt track to creek level, then turning down stream
maybe a couple hundred feet to the entry. Sound like the one in the photos?
S
From: Berry, David
Sent: Thursday, November Ol, 2007 6:11 AM
11/1/2007
