Volumetric flow meters shall be installed on the well injection flow line or, <br />for multiple wells that are to be temporarily suspended, at a point on the <br />injection manifold flow line that is representative of the common operation of <br />the suspended wells. All meters shall be recorded twice monthly in <br />accordance with 40 CFR 146.33. <br />7. Pressure recording devices shall be installed on the well injection flow line or, <br />for multiple wells that are to be temporarily suspended, at a point on the <br />injection manifold flow line that is representative of the common operation of <br />the suspended wells. Monitoring of water quality and water level: The permittee,shall carry out <br />the applicable monitoring requirements identified in the Surface Water <br />Monitoring Plan (Appendix I). The permittee shall utilize the applicable <br />analytical methods described in Table 1 of 0.40 CFR 136.3, or in Appendix <br />III of 40 CFR 261, and the QA/QC methods approved in Appendix I. <br />b. Monitoring Information. Records of any monitoring activity required under this <br />permit shall include: <br />1. The dates, exact place, and the time interval of sampling, monitoring, or field <br />measurements; <br />2. The name of the individual(s) who performed the sampling or <br />measurements; <br />3. The exact sampling method(s) used to take samples; The date(s) laboratory <br />analyses were performed; <br />4. The name of the individual(s) who performed the analyses; <br />5. The analytical techniques or methods used by laboratory personnel; and <br />6. The results of such analyses. <br />c. Record Keeping. The Permittee shall retain records concerning: <br />1. All monitoring information and copies of all reports required by this <br />Temporary Suspension Plan for a period of at least, five (5) years from the <br />date of the sample, measurement, or report. <br />2. The permittee shall continue to retain such records after the retention period <br />specified in the above item unless he delivers the records to the Director or <br />obtains written approval from the Director to discard the records. <br />3. The permittee shall maintain copies (or originals) of all pertinent records <br />[Part II Section G (3)(a)] available for inspection at the office of: <br />American Soda, <br />2717 County Road 215 <br />Parachute, Colorado 81635 <br />d. Reporting of Results. The permittee shall submit Quarterly Reports to the Director <br />summarizing the results of the monitoring required by Part II Section G (3)(a).
