Albers filed a Discloswe Statement with respect to Plan of Reorganization of Colorado Materials Holding Corporation Proposed by Mitchell E. Albert Dated April 13, 2004 (the "Albert Discloswe Staument") to accompany a Plan of Reorganization of Colorado Materials Holding Corporation Proposed by Mitchell E. Albert Dated April 13, 2004 (the "Albert Plan"). Pursuant to order of this Cottrt, a hearing wifl be held on the adequacy of the Albert Disclosure Statement on Thursday, May 27, 2004, at 1;30 p.m., in Courtroom C, IJ.S, Custom House, 72] 19th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202-2508. Pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 317, any objections to the Albert Discloswe Statement shall be made in writing and the original of the objection shall be filed with the Cowt and a copy served on the attorney for the proponent of the Albert Plan, the Uniud Stales Trusue, counsel for any committee appointed under the Code (or when there is no counsel, to the ~ otrrmittee chairman) and the Secwities and Exchange Commission no later than Friday, May 14, 2004. Objections shell clearly specify the grounds upon which they are based, including the citation of supporting legal authority, if any, and references to the particular portions of the statement to which objections aze made. General objections will not be considered by the Court.
