ALBERT TO THE DEBTOR, ITS CREDITORS AND OTHER PARTIES IN INTEREST: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 17, 2004, Mitchell E. Albert filed a Disclosure Statement with respect to Plan of Reorganization of Agile Stone Systems, Inc. Proposed by Mitchell E. Albert (the "Albert Disclosure Statement") and a Pl:m of Reorganization of Agile Slone Systems, Inc. Proposed by Mitchell E. Alpert (the "Albert Plan"). Pursuant to order of this Court, a heazing will be held on the adequacy of the Albert Disclosure Statement on Thursday, May 27, 2004, at 1:30 p.m., in Courtroom C, U.S. Custom House, 721 19th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202-2508. Pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 317, any objections to the Albert Disclosure Statement shall be made in writing and the original of the objection shall be filed widt the Court and a copy served oa the attorney for the proponent of the Albert Plan, the United States Tmstee, counsel for any committee appointed under the Code (or when there is no counsel, to the committee chaitmazt) and the Securities and Exchange Commission no later than Friday, May 14, 2004. Objections shall cleazly specify the grounds upon which they are based, including the citation of supporting legal authority, if any, and references to the particular portions of the statement to which objections aze made. General objections will not be considered by the Court. The Albert Disclosure Statement is available for public inspection from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during any regular business day in the Clerk's Office of this Court, U.S. Custom House, 721 ] 9th Street, Denver, Colorado 80202-2508. Any interested pasty who desires a copy of the Albert Disclosure Statement or the Albert Plan may submit such request to the prop~ment of the Albert Disclosure Statement of the Albert Plan at the address stated below, with a copy of the request to the Clerk of this Court. The proponent shall promptly provide the requested copy. The heating may be continued from time to time by order made in the open court without further written notice to creditors.
