19. All disturbed areas will be seeded with the following mixture. Application

Prepare seedbed by contour cultivating four to six inches deep. Drill
seed 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep following the contour. In areas that cannot
be drilled, broadcast seed at double the application rate and cover 1/4
to 1/2 inch deep with a harrow, drag bar, or chain.
20. The grantee shall notify the authorized officer at least 24 hours prior
to reseeding. Seeding must be completed after September 1 and prior to
October 15.
21. The area is considered to be satisfactorily reclaimed when:
A. All disturbed areas have been recontoured to blend with the natural
topography.
B. A11 soil erosion associsted with the operation has bean stabilized.
C. An acceptable vegetative cover has been established. An acceptable
vegetative cover will consist of a percent vegetative cover at
least equal to that present prior to disturbance, and a plant species
composition at least as desirable as that preaent prior to dis-
turbance.
Additional work shall be required until these conditions are satisfied.
Post Construction
22. A11 above-ground facilities with the exception of the fence shall be
painted dark green to blend with the surrounding area.
23. Pipeline location warning signs shall be installed within five days of
construction completion. Each sign shall be permanently marked with the
right-of-way serial number.
