Where earth blading is zequi~red, stumps shall be removed and scattered or buried in an area designated by the authorized officer. All disturbed areas along the pipeline shall be recontoured to conform with local topography. Once the pipeline is constructed, the grsntee shall restore the existing roadway to meet or exceed conditions prior to construction. The grantee shall construct water bars oz "kicker dikes" on all of the pipeline right-of-way as directed by the authorized officer. The water bars or dikes shall be constructed across the full width of the disturbed area. 17. Drainages shall not be blacked of filled with loose dirt or debris. 18. The grantee shall promptly remove and dispose of all waste csused by ite activities as directed by the authorized officer. The term "waste" as used herein means all discarded matter including, but not limited to, human waste, trash, garbage, refuse, petroleum products, ashes, snd equipment. Wastes shall be disposed of in a sanitary lattdfill unless otherwise approved by the authorized officer.
