The holder shall obtain and comply with all legal Federal, State and County resolutions, <br />regulations and permit requirements. <br />17. Interim reclamation is not expected to be necessary. BLM will inspect the project after <br />constntetion is completed to determine if recontouring or seeding will be necessary. If <br />reclamation is deemed necessary the holder shall complete reclamation as directed by the <br />authorized officer. <br />18. Tltirry days prior to termination of the right-of--way, the holder shall contact the <br />authorized officer to azrange a joint inspection of the right-of--way. This inspection shall <br />be held to determine an acceptable termination and reclamation plan. This plan shall <br />include but is not limited to removal of facilities, recontouring and seeding. The <br />authorized officer must approve the plan in writing prior to the holder's commencement <br />of any abandonment activities. <br />19. The Grand Junction Field Office Manager shall be notified at least 24 hours prior to <br />commencing reclamation work or abandonment activities. <br />
