Description of the Right-of-Way Facility and Purpose: The above- <br />named holder is hereby authorized to construct, operate, maintain, <br />and te*~+~~*+Ate a buried water pipeline and evaporation pond facility <br />on the above-described public land. <br />bimensions of the Right-of--Way: The right-of-way authorized herein <br />shall be 22,140 feet in length. The linear width shall be 20 feet <br />along the Logan Wash Road and 60 feet in width during sidehill <br />construction from the Logan Wash Road to the pond site. The Linear <br />right-of-way contains approximately 12.6 acres. The site right-of- <br />way shall be approximately 1,120 feet by 1,280 feet, containing <br />approximately 32.91 acres. <br />
