The operator shall comply with th terms and con itions of the leases, this mining plan <br />approval, and the requirements of he Colorado St to Permit No. C-1981-0 t9 issued <br />under the Colorado State Ptogram~ approved purs ant to the Surface Mining Control and <br />Reclamation Act of 1977 (30 U.S.Q. 1201 et seg.). <br />5. This mining plan approval shall b~ binding on any person conducting coal development <br />or mining operations under the ap roved mining lan and shall remain in effect until <br />superseded, canceled, or withdra n. <br />6. If during mining operations undde tified prehistori or historic resources are discovered, <br />the operator shall ensure that the r sources aze not isturbed and shall notify the Office of <br />Surface Mining Reclamation and nforcement (O M}. The operator shall take such <br />actions as are required by OSM. <br />7.
