-62- Stipulation No. 24 THE DIVISION DIRECTS WECC AS A PORTION OF ITS SUBSEQUENT PERMIT APPLICATIONS FOR THE MINE TO SUBMIT A REVISED SUBSIDENCE EVALUATION. THE SUBSIDENCE EVALUATION FOR THE NEXT PERMIT PERIOD SHALL INCORPORATE THE RESULTS OF SUBSIDENCE MONITORING AND THE LANDSLIDES STABILITY STUDIES STIPULATED ABOVE IN DESIGNATED REFINED SAFE AREAS BUFFER BOUNDARIES TO BE OBSERVED IN THE FUTURE MINING BENEATH CRITICAL AREAS, INCLUDING THE DRY FORK OF MINNESOTA CREEK, BEAVER RESERVOIR AND THE LANDSLIDE DEPOSITS ADJOINING IT. THE AMENDED SUBSIDENCE EVALUATION SHALL INCLUDE THE PROPOSAL OF APPROPRIATE SUBSIDENCE MONITORING NETWORKS WITHIN EACH OF THESE CRITICAL AREAS. XXIV. Special Categories of Mining other than AUF and Prime Farmland Since this is an underground mine the provisions of mountain top removal, steep slope mining, mining near surface mining and angering do not apply. No in situ processing will be done and the loadout is located within the facilities area. Volume 1, section 3 and Volumes III through VI indicate that the operation is in compliance with this section. XXU. Miscellaneous Com liance (2 4.30. xxvl 2.10 4 All requirements under this section have been met by WECC. An area under study for designation as unsuitable for mining. 2. An area designated unsuitable for mining. The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. XXVII. Demonstration that Surf Can Be Feasibly Accompl Coal Mining and Reclamati Information demonstrating feasibility of reclamation is found in Volume 1, Section 3 and 4, and in Volumes IV through UI. Ttie Division finds that reclamation can be feasibly accomplished. The proposed operation is in compliance.
