-62- <br />Stipulation No. 24 <br />THE DIVISION DIRECTS WECC AS A PORTION OF ITS SUBSEQUENT PERMIT <br />APPLICATIONS FOR THE MINE TO SUBMIT A REVISED SUBSIDENCE <br />EVALUATION. THE SUBSIDENCE EVALUATION FOR THE NEXT PERMIT PERIOD <br />SHALL INCORPORATE THE RESULTS OF SUBSIDENCE MONITORING AND THE <br />LANDSLIDES STABILITY STUDIES STIPULATED ABOVE IN DESIGNATED <br />REFINED SAFE AREAS BUFFER BOUNDARIES TO BE OBSERVED IN THE FUTURE <br />MINING BENEATH CRITICAL AREAS, INCLUDING THE DRY FORK OF MINNESOTA <br />CREEK, BEAVER RESERVOIR AND THE LANDSLIDE DEPOSITS ADJOINING IT. <br />THE AMENDED SUBSIDENCE EVALUATION SHALL INCLUDE THE PROPOSAL OF <br />APPROPRIATE SUBSIDENCE MONITORING NETWORKS WITHIN EACH OF THESE <br />CRITICAL AREAS. <br />XXIV. Special Categories of Mining other than AUF and Prime Farmland <br />Since this is an underground mine the provisions of mountain top <br />removal, steep slope mining, mining near surface mining and <br />angering do not apply. No in situ processing will be done and the <br />loadout is located within the facilities area. Volume 1, section 3 <br />and Volumes III through VI indicate that the operation is in <br />compliance with this section. <br />XXU. Demonstration that Surf <br />Can Be Feasibly Accompl <br />Coal Mining and Reclamati <br />Information demonstrating feasibility of reclamation is found in <br />Volume 1, Section 3 and 4, and in Volumes IV through UI. Ttie <br />Division finds that reclamation can be feasibly accomplished. The <br />proposed operation is in compliance. <br />
