i <br />lr ~"' ~ I '6! ~ ~ No . 4 <br />MINED LAND WILDLIF~ STATEMENT/EVALUATION (Revised) <br />For limited impact and select regular mine applications. <br />The following information pertaining to wildlife is provided for <br />use by Mined Land Reclamation Board in their consideration of a <br />mining permit for: <br />Neil Sp~aguef~,rkins Park Stone/Berthoud Sunset Quarry 5975 <br />xt~rth rounty,_Road 27' Loveland CO 80538 <br />Name/Type and Location of Mine (Legal Description) <br />NE's, SE ;, Section 28, Township 4 North, Range 70 West <br />Wildlife species list: <br />Deer, elk, coyote, badger, marmot, fox, weasel, skunk, <br />rabbits, raptors, magpie, numerous small rodents, and seasonal <br />songbirds. <br />Endangered/critical species/impacted: <br />No known threatened or endangered species. <br />Critical habitats/vegetative communities impacted: N/A <br />Assessment of impact: <br />Minor.
