The applicant will submit and have 86 Ongoing <br />approved all supplemental shrub and forb <br />components of the seed mixes (species and <br />rates ). <br />C. Within ninety (90) days of permit 8C Resolved, <br />issuance the permittee shall develop and 7/15/86 <br />submit for Division approval a revegetation <br />monitoring plan for reclaimed areas. The plan <br />shall address methods of sampling and sampling <br />intensity for years 2, 4, and 7 of a <br />revegetative area for vegetative cover and <br />woody plant density. <br />9 Peabody Coal Company must demonstrate that Resolved, <br /> blasting operations within 500 feet of the 6/23/89 <br /> oil well will not damage the integrity of (See TR 2) <br /> the well casing and detail the safety <br /> precautions which will be utilized to ensure <br /> that vented gas is not ignited. This <br /> demonstration must be submitted to the Division <br /> and approved prior to any blasting on site. <br />10 Peabody Coal Company must revise within Resolved, <br /> thirty (30) days of permit issuance the 7/15/86 <br /> permit application to address the final <br /> disposition of containment ditch reclamation. <br />11 Prior to Sediment Pond 006 construction Resolved, <br /> Peabody Coal Company must obtain a water or 7/17/89 <br /> storage right to store water at this pond. (see TR 3) <br /> The water or storage right should be <br /> incorporated into the permit application. <br />12 Peabody Coal Company must submit within Resolved, <br /> sixty (60) days of permit issuance a detailed 7/17/89 <br /> plan for pond dewatering to a level to ensure (TR 3) <br /> see containment of a ten-year twenty-four hour <br /> storm without discharge through the emergency <br /> spillway. <br />0736G <br />
