Sketch of existing and final contours, retaining wall(s) and other structures. <br />2. Proposed future land use(s) and its locations. <br />3. Reclamation Plan including contours. <br />4. Landscape plan including plant materials. <br />5. Weed control plan per Weed Control Act of 1996. <br />See attached report. <br />Planning Commission Review Checklist <br />For any special uses allowed in the various zone districts under Section 4 of the Routt County Zoning <br />Resolution and uses by right and permitted uses under Section 8.3-A and 8.3-G are subject to the following <br />provisions: <br />Complied Not Complied <br />With With <br />A. That such does not create any danger to safety in surrounding areas. <br />B. That such use does not create the following: <br />i. Water Pollution <br />2. Destruction of visual amenities <br />3. Offensive noise beyond the property boundaries <br />4. Vibration beyond the boundaries of the property <br />5. Smoke, dust, or odors, heat and glare beyond the boundaries of the property. <br />6. Snow storage problems. <br />7. Aggravation of an existing flood hazard or increase of flood hazard to upstream or <br />downstream properties. <br />8. Geologic hazards, increase of existing geologic hazard or subject adjacent properties <br />to geologic hazards. <br />9. Other objectionable influences beyond the boundaries of the property on which such <br />use is located. <br />10. Truck traffic to and from such uses shall not create hazards or nuisance to areas <br />elsewhere in the County nor shall it unduly damage public roads. <br />C.
